Tire Replacement

Road Hazard Damage
+

If a covered tire is damaged beyond repair due to a road hazard — potholes, nails, glass, metal debris, rocks, or wood — we'll cover the cost of replacement with a tire of like kind, quality, and cost.

Coverage is valid through the tread life of the tire. Tires with 3/32" or less of tread remaining at the time of the claim are not eligible for replacement.

A road hazard is defined as objects and road conditions not normally found in the roadway — including potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, nails, glass, plastic, or composite scraps — that cause tire or wheel damage other than normal wear and tear.

Wheel Repair & Replacement

Rims & Alloy Wheels
+

If a wheel is rendered unserviceable by a road hazard and can no longer maintain a proper seal with its tire, we'll cover the cost of repair or replacement. Replacement may be made with a remanufactured wheel of like kind and quality.

We reserve the right to repair damaged wheels at our cost before authorizing replacement. Replacement is only authorized when the wheel cannot be repaired.

Mounting & Balancing

Included with Every Tire Replacement
+

Mounting, balancing, valve stems, and tire disposal are all included for any tire replaced under this contract.

Note: Shop supplies, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) components, and unspecified charges are specifically excluded.

Cosmetic Wheel Repair

OEM Alloy Wheels Only
+

We'll repair or recondition cosmetic damage to alloy wheels — such as minor curb rash or flaking paint — using manufacturer-approved alloy wheel repair techniques. If the wheel cannot be repaired cosmetically, it will be replaced.

Only OEM alloy wheels on the vehicle at the time of original purchase are eligible. Aftermarket and chrome wheels are not covered unless a chrome wheel surcharge has been paid.

How it works

*Note: Damaged tires and wheels must be preserved for inspection prior to repair or replacement. Disposing of damaged components before inspection may result in claim denial.
