Program Details at a Glance
Deductible: $0 per repair visit
Available Terms: 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months
Claim Reporting: Damage must be reported within 60 days of occurrence
Authorization Required: All repairs and replacements must be authorized before work begins. Unauthorized repairs are not covered.
Repair Location: Return to your selling dealer if located within 50 miles. Otherwise, call 866-660-7003 to locate an approved repair facility.
Covers repair or replacement of tires and wheels damaged by road hazards — potholes, nails, glass, debris. Includes mounting, balancing, valve stems, disposal, and cosmetic alloy wheel repair. Zero deductible.
Tire Replacement
If a covered tire is damaged beyond repair due to a road hazard, we'll cover the cost of replacement with a tire of like kind, quality, and cost.
Coverage is valid through the tread life of the tire. Tires with 3/32" or less of tread remaining at the time of the claim are not eligible for replacement.
A road hazard is defined as objects and road conditions not normally found in the roadway — including potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, nails, glass, plastic, or composite scraps — that cause tire or wheel damage other than normal wear and tear.
Wheel Repair & Replacement
If a covered wheel is rendered unserviceable by a road hazard and can no longer maintain a proper seal with its tire, we'll cover the cost of repair or replacement. Replacement may be made with a remanufactured wheel of like kind and quality.
Mounting & Balancing
Mounting, balancing, valve stems, and tire disposal are included with every covered tire replacement.
Cosmetic Wheel Repair
We'll repair eligible cosmetic damage to alloy wheels, including minor curb rash or flaking paint, using manufacturer-approved repair techniques. If the wheel cannot be repaired cosmetically, it may be replaced.
Only OEM alloy wheels on the vehicle at the time of original purchase are eligible. Aftermarket and chrome wheels are not covered unless a chrome wheel surcharge has been paid.
What's Not Covered
Damage from racing, collision, accident, chain damage, misuse, abuse, or vandalism
Damage caused by driving on improperly inflated tires
Tires with 3/32" or less tread depth at time of claim
Tires or wheels transferred from another vehicle after the contract purchase date
Vehicles over 13,500 GVWR
Damage covered by manufacturer warranty, recall, or any other contract
Aftermarket or chrome wheels without applicable surcharge
Cosmetic damage that does not render the tire or wheel unserviceable
Wheel covers, or wheels dented or bent from frame, body, or suspension damage
TPMS components and shop supplies
Any repair not pre-authorized by the administrator
Damage occurring outside the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada
Pre-existing conditions
Commercial use, snow plowing, competition, or speed events
Vehicles modified from manufacturer's original specifications
*Coverage begins upon receipt of payment. There is a 30-day initial waiting period on new contracts. Renewals at the end of term carry no waiting period. Accessories and equipment must be installed prior to or on the effective date of the contract. All service work must be authorized by the administrator in advance — unauthorized repairs will not be covered.

*Note: Damaged tires and wheels must be preserved for inspection prior to repair or replacement. Disposing of damaged components before inspection may result in claim denial.
Contact us at 866-660-7003 within 60 days of the occurrence. If within 50 miles of the selling dealer, return there for service.
