Submit a claim online anytime or contact the claims team during business hours to begin the process.
An administrator coordinates with an authorized repair facility to review the repair. Customers may also choose their own repair facility if approved. All repairs must be pre-authorized before work begins.
Covered repairs are performed by the authorized technician. You pay the applicable deductible, and covered repair costs are paid according to your contract terms and coverage limits.
Covered repairs include a 90-day parts and 30-day labor guarantee. If the same covered repair fails within that period, no additional deductible applies.
